(deleted by the administrator)(deleted by the administrator)is a (deleted by the administrator) planner and then cut corners for work. He started replacing things with cheap, poor quality alternatives and didn't follow agreed plans. Then he threatened to leave work and mess if we didn't pay him the rest and let him finish the work.
