I placed two different orders on 5/30/2023 and still did not have a shipping number by August of 2023 on one of the orders so I contacted their support. They informed me they didn’t have the size I ordered and I asked for a different shirt in the size I needed. They never responded so I emailed again on August 8 asking for a refund and with still no response. I sent another email 8/28/2023 & 10/3/2023 following up on my refund request and they finally responded on 10/4/2023. I got an email saying I received a refund on 10/5/2023 but I did not see that money back in my bank account. For the second order I placed that day I got the shirt and it seemed like they gave me a trash shirt because the print on the shirt was messed up but I was already so frustrated with what happened on the other order that I just kept quiet. I placed another order for a crewneck on 2/23/2024 and it is currently 3/15/2024 and I still have no shipping number so we will see how this plays out.
