I do not recommend Ashley, absolute cowboy who can’t and won’t compete any works to any decent standards and then promises to make amends but then never fulfills those commitments. Don’t trust him

Did not not show up on the arranged day and failed to reply to text and voicemail messages until late evening.

Poor quality, lumpy unfinished installation is now cracking four years on. I complained in 2020; WallCote are not answering my messages now. Guarantee is a total waste of paper and BACS as opposed to credit card option have left me financially vulnerable with a devalued home. Avoid this company.

Horrendous experience. Spent over £100000 on a house renovation with small extension and not one single aspect was done properly. A building inspector came to evaluate the work and said it was some of the worst he'd seen in over 30 years of experience. Avoid at all costs.

Very toxic business

They took my deposit and refused to pay any back even though I gave cancellation within 14 days They damaged my neighbours roof and then “found” rain damage and charged him £3500 for one man and 3 days work. They have destroyed the tiles on the side of my house and left a mess. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Horrible place, no proper training (specifically in service team) I left because it was so toxic. My supervisor definitely need more training on how to bring people on board. Two wasted months of my life.

Unfortunately witnessed a BW Group employee throwing waste into a hedge after leaving a company van. Contacted the business soon after. No response at all. Terrible workforce and pathetic communication from the management.

They have a person working there who follows young/underage girls and tries to lure them into the van in Warrington. He is called (deleted by the administrator) and he is now known for being a creepy nonce basically.
