After being let down by two previous fitters allocated by Wren Kitchens, I was contacted by Arya, who claimed her company had now been assigned the job. She spent over 20 minutes on the phone reassuring me of her company’s professionalism, boasting about working with high-profile clients and expressing empathy for my situation. Based on this, we agreed she would visit my home the next day at 3pm.

To my shock, at 9:15pm the night before the visit, Arya sent a brief text stating she had "changed her mind" and would not be coming—ending with "Good luck."

Given that she was well aware of how stressful and chaotic this kitchen installation process had already been for me, this last-minute cancellation felt cold, callous, and incredibly unprofessional.

Why offer reassurances and waste my time if you had no intention of following through? This experience has only added to an already frustrating situation. I would not recommend this company based on how casually they disregard customers’ time and trust.
