WESTWAY ROOFING in Hayes Reviews

I contacted this company after seeing their advert in the Heswall magazine. I was calling about my 90 yr old mother's flat roof which was damaged due to the snow, causing the ceiling in the outside toilet to collapse. The person i spoke to asked a lot of questions about whether the roof was attached to the main building. I explained it was & single story. The person again asked more questions about the roof which, given that i have no idea about such things i thought this was something he could establish if he came out to look & give a quote! He then said he was going into a meeting & would call back in an hour! It’s been a very long meeting because that was 9 days ago. I would prefer traders to be honest & say they're too busy, or aren't interested, rather than waste my time. Will not be calling again as they clearly do not want the work! The advert says ‘No job too big or too small’ obviously not the case!
