I've had extensive work done with P&N Electrical. They were professional up until the point their works started showing defects. Particurlatly the 12 ceiling lights they had installed in my garden office. They came back to fix the issues no problem but I told them I would hold off payment for a period of 2 weeks so I could be sure that the light issue was resolved.

Sure enough the defects reared it's head again and 11 of the 12 lights ceased to function over a matter of weeks. They demanded payment with no alternative solution. I even suggested that I call in an external contractor to complete/fix works and pay them lesser the amount that it would cost.

No response. 14 months later I'm issued with CCJ with no further recouse to dispute without incurring further. I contacted (deleted by the administrator)the electrician and director of the company to mediate and find a solution to my non-working lights but he stated he "has nothing to say to me and cannot help me further"

I feel like I've been taken advantage and this will not only cost me further financially but has affected my credit history in tow.

Like I said the work was until a point but I would not recommend doing honest business with these individuals.
