Shoddy build quality of their homes, many snagging issues, and they refused to repair recurring problems after 8 months of home ownership. Avoid like the plague!

Scammers, avoid if possible. They will wrongly dispute deposit repayments as they believe they are entitled to that money. It is also not possible to contact them after they file the dispute unless you show up personally to their office.
