I ordered a Prosecco cocktail kit from World of Zing (via notonthehighstreet) in plenty of time for Mother's Day. It took them six days to tell me that they couldn't fulfil my order, with no explanation given. I emailed them and received no response. Because almost a week has elapsed, I am left without enough time to get a replacement gift in time for Mother's Day. They've ruined Mother's Day for my wife. Avoid!
