Unprofessional scammers. No locking back door for three months, people going in and out of property with no notice before or after. Still waiting for deposit back and they are using all excuses to halt repayment. Couldn't be more unsatisfied and now I'm living in my van waiting for my deposit so I can rent somewhere else. They are fully aware of this too. They owe the landlord of my house thousands and are being taken to court for it, something I'm probably going to do also. Annoys penta homes like the plague
Make sure you record everything when you arrive and leave pull out all the beds and take photos of head boards as they will charge you for a new bed if head board is broken even if you have photos of this all after leaving has 3 lads stay in one of the houses and they have stayed all over for the last 2 years and never been charged damages so looks like they want to make up damages to charge extra avoid at all costs
