First of all, I don’t think all the appliances are checked whether they are in a working condition or not before the guest arrives. Therefore when I arrived the dishwasher was not working and nothing was done about it. I washed my dishes every day by myself and it was just repaired a day before I was leaving.
A week before my stay was going to end, both head and hand showers stopped working. It was not repaired till the end. I had my son with special needs with me and with the broken shower, it was difficult but nothing was done about it. If they can take away our deposit because of some minor damages, how about also refund because you are not providing the service you promised. Therefore very bad maintenance for sure.
