Been using Carryduff Autoparts for the last 5 years, but was very disappointed when a battery I bought for a van was faulty after 2 months of use. I brought the battery back and explained the situation. They put it on a charger for me and told me they would look into it. After weeks of phone calls they refused to do anything and never returned my calls. I've a fleet of 5 vehicles and am now buying my products for my vans and cars elsewhere. Poor customer service.
