Purchased a newbuild house from Valleyside, there has been several issues with the house and the builders do not want to resolve them. They are more interested in taking your money and not resolving anything. We have found the foreman to be rude and aggressive and several issues outstanding. I would definitely not recommend them if you are purchasing a house. The houses are thrown up and cheap shortcuts are taken throughout. My best advice would be to avoid Valleyside.
