I pre-arranged a 3am taxi for 1/5/24 to take my wife and I to Cardiff-Wales Airport to catch an early morning flight. We stood outside the agreed pick up address prior to this time just incase the driver arrived a little early. BUT the driver just didn't turn up !!!! I had provided my mobile phone number but no-one contacted me to explain that there was a problem or issue. I gave it until 3.40am to wait for the taxi arrival but it still didn't show. Concerned about missing our holiday i telephoned Vale Taxis, their automated answer machine confirmed that all pre-booked taxis would arrive as planned, IT DID NOT TURN UP. Now very concerned we contacted another company (Veezu) which arrived promply and took us to the airport. I sent a text message to Vale Taxis stating my disapointment but had no response !
