This is a dodgy delivery company
This is a dodgy delivery company. Dishonest. And ignorant to the customer. I ordered 27 items between 2 packages. Which they had claimed to deliver with an attached photo. Dumped near the main front door to my flats and no where near my apartment. The worst part was I was home at the time. But my bell was not rang. Door was not knocked and no phone call or email was ever sent. Which makes me believe the items was retook by the delivery person. I have phoned and email amd left messages. But there is no way of contacting a real person. Just a promise they will be in touch within 48 hours. I'm now pass 72 with out any more knowing where my items are. These were all Xmas presents for my daughter. So please be careful to all using them over the Xmas period.
