STACKED & LOADED ST NEOTS in Saint Neots Reviews

I ordered a chicken burger from them (I've been a regular) and it was tiny compared to previous and the premium price they charge. Chips were also stone cold, chese wasnt even melted. I messaged them this feedback and they asked me how they can make things right. They then immediately blocked me so I couldn't leave a Facebook review or them to make things right. They used to be amazing but now the food is terrible. Pictures below of the food and of them block me.
