Responsibility

supervise all Warehouse Operations, prioritizing decision making on Operating Imperatives of Safety, Quality, Service & Cost through People Development
manage the overall warehouse and pick performance against the Delivery Plan
manage the Warehouse Operatives to achieve daily output, picking efficiency and quality requirements for each delivery, ensuring delivery schedules are achieved
minimize warehouse errors by conducting pick location checks and carrying out random pick pallet checks
engage and coordinate in preventive maintenance schedules and site/warehouse improvements
coach, develop and train Warehouse Operatives in all activities, formulate and implement personal development and training plans for the Warehouse Operation
monitor pick rates against targets and pro-actively look for ways to make the business more efficient, minimize warehouse errors, and maximize employee productivity
work alongside the other Supervisors to ensure communication, best practice, and efficiency is continually reviewed and improved

ensuring parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers
oversee and assist in the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of products
maintain a well-organised, clean and structured warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations
manage and supervise all warehouse staff
monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits
ensure compliance with health and safety
