proven experience in warehouse management within the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting
