Requirements


  • strong background in SAS with exposure to other data-based disciplines
  • understanding of ETL and data processing best practices and methodology
  • familiarity with Python and/or similar programming languages

Responsibility


  • united Kingdom - Northwich
  • design and develop new reporting and campaigns based on business requirements
  • maintain up-to-date data policies and procedures
  • contribute to the development of a comprehensive data strategy
  • proactively ingest new data into the warehouse, building ETL layers, and delivering end-user tables as needed
  • monitor/maintain the scheduling tool, ensuring smooth and error-free reporting and campaigns
  • automate reporting and data movement throughout the organisation, supporting data-related aspects of key projects
  • act as the data warehouse administrator, monitoring scheduled jobs and resolving any errors promptly. Ensuring GDPR compliance, including secure data deletion when necessary
  • provide training and education on the SAS platform, helping to enhance the skills of newer SAS users and promoting best practices
  • manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies
  • utilize your skills and techniques to organize and optimize stock placement, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval
  • provide daily admin support to the Warehouse Shift Manager and Team Leaders and be the initial contact point
  • ability to work on your own initiative to deliver results and solve problems
  • collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
  • maintain close relationships and manage the day-to-day escalations
  • customer contact via phone and emails
  • perform data entry and maintain electronic records of stock movements
  • maintain a clear understanding of supplier contractual requirements
