Responsibility


  • responsible for leading performance management governance of Hard FM Suppliers, undertaking review of Management Information
  • support review of performance audit against contractual obligations
  • accountable for supplier performance management of the Statutory Compliance FM Suppliers providing ongoing performance and risk management against the agreed contractual performance obligations and ensuring contract management is effectively discharged
