Responsibility

maintain collaborative relationships with top revenue-driving creators, high-profile influencers/talent and key agency partners
present feedback results to leadership teams to reinforce overall drivers of our customer's experience and provide actionable recommendations for improvements
increase beauty TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying beauty creator successful case studies
delivering site performance and profitable growth, contributing to business growth
liaising with internal and external managers, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders
providing leadership, direction, and management of the site team
focusing on the bodyshop striving for best practice, performance excellence and highly professional customer service
managing the workshop's daily tasks, including invoice submission and unsent account management
overseeing the estimating, customer service and parts departments as part of the workshop
achieving strong financial performance, high quality service and customer care objectives
promoting the company culture and values in all aspects of their work
full responsibility for the Machine Shop, including all operational, H&S and financial targets
engagement of team to drive forward a continuous improvement strategy
performance management of team, ensuring company values are embedded, accountability is understood and continually promoting a safety first culture
creation and ownership of CAPEX proposals
use Lean Manufacturing Principles to drive out waste and increase productivity
support and coordinate Annual Stock Count
