familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs, e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
extensive experience in SDR , Inside Sales, BDM, Vendor Acquisition, Mass Account Manager
bachelor's degree or above

good knowledge of MS portfolio, experience with CRM, lead management is a must

create efficiencies within the team to help Creator Managers focus on matchmaking Beauty KAs with relevant creator tiers
increase TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying Star creator successful case studies
full responsibility for the Machine Shop, including all operational, H&S and financial targets
engagement of team to drive forward a continuous improvement strategy
performance management of team, ensuring company values are embedded, accountability is understood and continually promoting a safety first culture
creation and ownership of CAPEX proposals
use Lean Manufacturing Principles to drive out waste and increase productivity
support and coordinate Annual Stock Count
manage the day to day growth of TikTok Shop
build a calendar of key trading events to support the sales plan for TikTok Shop and maximise our sales opportunity
manage the planning process of sale targets for product categories for TikTok Shop
report on sales, key metrics and promotions in daily, weekly and monthly trade meetings
manage the execution of the trade plan working with colleagues in the marketing team and external partners
collaborate with Buying and Merchandising on range availability and to identify product opportunities
leading trade meetings to review performance as well as looking ahead, identifying commercial opportunities to drive growth
management of all product content on marketplaces
overall management of the metal fabrication department
