Responsibility


  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure any additional work requested by the customer is quoted and approved before proceeding
  • proven experience with cost evaluation and ensuring accurate invoicing
  • liaise with the Sales Department to provide any information or leads that can assist with business development
  • act as the single point of contact for all Line/AOG customers
  • ensure organised handovers of quotations/work order authorisations to internal departments
  • collating & analysing data to support the National Account Manager's commercial plans and assist in building customer and internal presentations
  • manage some key accounts with P&L responsibility

  • to qualify and apply for this role you must have previous Commercial Sales Analytical experience
  • must live in the surrounding areas of Milton Keynes
  • raising Purchase Order and Order Acknowledgments and communicating with customers once orders are placed
  • liaising with customers regarding shipping processes, confirmation and requesting any additional information required
  • checking and auditing Quotations, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to ensure they are in line with the companies commercial guidelines
