Responsibility

  • arranging and conducting viewing appointments
  • qualify applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
  • working as a team to ensure the annual target is met
  • helping expand the office
  • conduct viewings & negotiate offers
  • delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
  • multi-tasking, using several applications simultaneously and keeping databases updated
  • picking up an average of 70-80 inbound leads per day from sellers who have requested a valuation
  • building rapport with sellers, using your knowledge of vehicles
  • converting the leads into bookings and passing them to the appropriate third party
  • we are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a reputable independent Estate Agency with a branch in Hove selling new homes and traditional residential properties
  • having the resilience and confidence required to overcome objections and close deals
