  • proven Project Manager with Retail Sector Experience

Responsibility


  • provide regional support on demo devices and display technologies for display partners in EMEA
  • lead the development of EMEA regional demo requirements for RL retail demo devices and support product retail launch/expansion programs
  • develop demo technical requirements for retail display partners in EMEA
  • create demo best practices training and documentation for developers and partners
  • drive alignment between core platform/feature software roadmaps and Demo SW to ensure technical synergy with every demo install and update
  • develop and maintain scalable retail technology solutions such as content and device management systems
  • execute multiple retail demo content and software updates year-round across Reality Labs
  • assist stakeholders in the evaluation, selection, and revision of retail demo content
  • partner with regional marketing to ensure demos meet the requirements and specifications of different retailers
  • collaborate closely with Analytics teams to define KPIs, set program guidelines, develop/select the right analytics tool, review demo/display engagement metrics and build upon the data to improve the customer experiences
  • working closely with sector, reactive teams, portfolio delivery teams and shaping the supervision strategies for firms and mitigating risk as and when required
  • direct line management for team members, including setting appropriate objectives and managing performance
  • any other reasonable duties as required
  • coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines
  • conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals
  • support the wider PBI Vendor Management team in operational tasks, working towards improving processes and delivering results
  • reporting on and understanding vendor performance, including forecasting, service level performance, and profitability
  • responsibility for strategic supply chain projects and promotions to achieve business objectives
  • lead on embedding business partnering across the business
  • engage with stakeholders on a monthly basis to provide support and challenge
