perform work whilst avoiding danger to themselves and to others that might be affected by their acts or omissions
use plant and equipment correctly, and in accordance with training and instruction provided
'Build only to the Print' in compliance with the requirements of the design intent
attend weekly Toolbox Talks on matters of safety and Company policy
fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications
perform welding tasks using various techniques, including stick welding
use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal pieces
conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

certify the product in line with the product certification procedure
maintain product certification and approval via regular audits
possess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply these skills across a range of tasks
be fully conversant with all equipment, tools and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle
ensure manufacturing build times are met
