acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector Client for a Handyman/Maintenance Person required on a temporary basis based in Cardiff
fire compartmentation: Implementing fire compartmentation measures to contain and prevent the spread of fire within a structure
fire stopping: Applying fire stopping materials to seal gaps and penetrations in buildings, maintaining the integrity of fire-resistance-rated assemblies
installation and replacement of fire doors: Precise fitting and installation of fire-rated doors to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in buildings
receive instructions from the site manager or supervisor and carry out repairs
undertake general maintenance such as tiling, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, snagging, window repairs
operate within Health & Safety and site guidelines
aim to achieve a first time fix where possible to achieve customer satisfaction
record your work and submit completed work log of plots and undertaken work
prepared to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding and work in confined spaces and in a variety of work conditions that may prevail at that time

tiger Private is looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to oversee day to day maintenance tasks across an UHNW family’s property portfolio
the Maintenance Person will report to the Estate Director and/or Team Manager with direct communication with the principals
maintain garden terraces including removing any fallen leaves and keep irrigation facilities in good repair
taking the lead on all the maintenance of all electronic systems and equipment
general maintenance of the tenanted properties within the companies portfolio
