Responsibility


  • to attend all pre booked and pre qualified New Business appointments assigned to you in your diary
  • to complete company research prior to each appointment
  • attending the office every Friday for the weekly Sales Meeting and group training
  • this is a national field sales role, so the expectation is that you will be away from home during the working week. However, all hotels are pre booked and paid for by us with an additional £25 per night food allowance
  • down-to-earth, our customers don’t want to hear corporate jargon and neither do we
  • schedule business meetings with key decision-makers
  • develop expert knowledge of services and industries
  • build new business pipeline
  • managing, calling, and qualifying inbound leads
  • nurture client relationships
  • contacting businesses and potential customers via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other sales prospecting methods
  • exploring challenges, they might be facing in their business and educating them on how technology can help their business
  • collaborating with the business development team to identify sales opportunities
  • working towards daily, weekly & monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of potential clients
  • you will be responsible for researching, qualifying and ultimately engaging potential clients across a diverse market
  • analysing market data to filter out relevant market prospects
  • making outbound calls to engage with commercial opportunities – you will be comfortable making daily outbound calls
  • developing your understanding of effective selling - understanding your prospects’ pains and their opportunities
  • actively seeking to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio you build, ensuring to retain clients
