Responsibility

carry out customer meetings and presentations
create seasonal trend concepts for the department
work closely with key suppliers for tech packs and sample management
design innovative, high-quality footwear collections
collaborate with the design team
research and stay up to date with the latest trends in fashion and footwear
create technical drawings, sketches, and prototypes of designs
work closely with the product development team
attend trade shows and collaborate with external vendors
mentor junior designers on the team
