Requirements

teaching: 1 year
cheltenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
this is a long term position to cover the 3 academic terms per year starting Friday 27th September 2024
strong knowledge of subject matter
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
must be confident teaching young children and have experience
ability to create a positive, inclusive and fun learning environment
effective classroom management skills
A valid DBS check is mandatory
previous experience in teaching young people is crucial for this role
CRB/DBS required and experience teaching young people is vital. Any information with the schools or organisations you are currently teaching within would also be useful to us
job Type: Part-time
part-time hours: 1 per week
proven experience teaching street dance, preferably to children
strong knowledge of street dance styles and techniques
relevant qualifications in dance or performing arts
A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development
excellent communication and organizational skills
ability to manage groups of children effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
valid DBS check
