Requirements


  • music Facilitator: 1 year
  • early childhood education: 1 year
  • successful teaching experience at secondary level
  • we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate musician to join our talented and dynamic team of Rock Choir Leaders
  • we deliver exciting choir sessions weekly for local communities of enthusiastic singers who are motivated learners
  • you will need excellent leadership skills and be able to play the piano and sing at the same time
  • due to the nature of the job, you must have a full GB Driving Licence and use of a car
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic person to run choirs in Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Pembroke and Tenby
  • provide your own PA system, keyboard and head mic
  • rock Choir has improved the well being and mental health of tens of thousands of individuals since it began in 2005
  • charismatic and energetic personality

Responsibility


  • unified leadership and alignment behind a powerful mission
  • your new role
  • run 3 choirs in the above locations
  • travel to each choir location
  • deliver weekly 1.5hr sessions to each location during term times
  • create engaging and enjoyable choir sessions from start to finish
  • utilise your piano and vocal skills to provide high-quality musical instruction to your members
  • inspire, lead, and support choir members to help them build confidence and develop their musical abilities
  • utilise physical/vocal warm ups and icebreakers alongside your teaching to create a fun and social learning environment for your members
