Responsibility

  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with professional property photography experience and experience in a client-facing role
  • liaise with Estate Agents and their vendors to arrange collection of keys
  • visit properties to take photographs and /or produce floor plans in accordance with our standards and guidelines
  • upload your floor plans and RAW imagery the same day as the appointment
  • acting as an ambassador for the company
  • the organising and scheduling of various photo shoots based on client needs and requirements and to meet all necessary deadlines
  • the Creation of photo assets as required and in line with brand guidelines specific to each client
  • the pre production of any and all shoots required to be undertaken for clients
  • the organisation and maintenance of camera inventory and equipment
  • the storage and organise of assets and data into a manageable and referanceable format
  • the editing of assets on a regular basis and to deadline
  • to work alongside the social media management and design team to formulate stylized shoots to match the strategy of branding the company has implemented
  • creating high-quality videography and photography content to be shared across a variety of digital platforms
  • edit photos/video using Adobe Creative Suite or other editing software
  • manage and organize digital files, ensuring proper storage and backup of all photographs/video files
  • sketching Floorplans
  • supporting the client handling team by providing necessary shoot organisation and due diligence to ensure capture run smoothly
  • comfortable capturing commercial/residential property with full use of their own equipment
  • maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with clients and subjects
  • lead as an innovative and creative team member, contributing storytelling ideas and planning creative solutions
