Requirements

  • proven experience in property photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • proficiency in photography equipment and editing software

  • flexible schedule to accommodate on-site shoots, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • previous experience in property photography is a must and an ability to produce clear and accurate floor plan sketches
  • previous experience in property photography with a portfolio to show

Responsibility

  • we are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Property Photographer to capture stunning images of residential and commercial properties
  • conduct on-site photography sessions for residential and commercial properties
  • collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and developers to understand their vision and requirements
  • utilize professional photography equipment and techniques to capture high-quality images
  • edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency in style
  • deliver a final portfolio of images in a timely manner, adhering to project deadlines
  • maintain knowledge of current real estate photography trends and techniques
  • communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments
  • the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to highlight the unique features and charm of various properties, ensuring they stand out in the real estate market
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with professional property photography experience and experience in a client-facing role
  • liaise with Estate Agents and their vendors to arrange collection of keys
  • visit properties to take photographs and /or produce floor plans in accordance with our standards and guidelines
  • upload your floor plans and RAW imagery the same day as the appointment
  • acting as an ambassador for the company
  • collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative input where necessary
  • the organising and scheduling of various photo shoots based on client needs and requirements and to meet all necessary deadlines
  • the Creation of photo assets as required and in line with brand guidelines specific to each client
  • the pre production of any and all shoots required to be undertaken for clients
  • the organisation and maintenance of camera inventory and equipment
  • the storage and organise of assets and data into a manageable and referanceable format
