Responsibility


  • answer customer and franchisee queries via email, and phone within the time set by Pepe’s Head office and in friendly but professional manner at all times
  • log and track all customer contacts through our CRM system and update as required
  • handle customer data in accordance with GDPR requirements
  • to maximise the conversion ratio and job profitability of allocated assignee moves
  • to proactively liaise with the business development/account management team, internal service departments and global service partners ensuring opportunity is maximized
  • to ensure the highest level of move management is offered to assignees and corporate HR teams throughout the sales and move process thus ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • to arrange and book all services with internal departments and partner agents connected with an international removal by air, by sea or by road ensuring that the client’s expectations are met through consistent service excellence whilst costs are tightly controlled
  • our client, Legal & General, is currently looking for Customer Service Consultants to join their team and support with administration and telephony duties
  • supported by an experienced team, you will be the primary point of contact for Paired users in English-speaking regions, testing and escalating issues to the Tech or Product teams wherever necessary and championing user feedback
  • provide friendly, empathetic and efficient customer support via email and review sites
  • liaising with customers' orders and returns, being sure that they are processed correctly and on time
  • communicating with other departments to guarantee the availability of the required stock
  • ensuring a high level of aftersales and maintaining the customer SOP updated
  • answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • provide information about products, services, and account details while ensuring customers have a positive experience
  • assist customers with order placements, returns, and troubleshooting issues
  • resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying solutions and providing guidance
  • accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the CRM system
  • escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
  • maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance
