Responsibility

  • provide sales and product support to customers on the range of garage doors, accessories and spare parts
  • working closely with existing internal and external sales team to maximise new opportunities
  • understand and meet customer requirements
  • develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
  • processing orders from phone calls and emails
  • proactively call existing customers with promotions and special offers
  • contributing to regular Sales Team Meetings
  • attending trade shows as and when required
  • ensure weekly targets are achieved
  • answering incoming sales calls, advising efficiently and accurately
  • providing helpdesk cover when required answering enquiries accurately
