  • at least 2 years of previous experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or in a senior/supervisory cabin role
  • valid UK Cabin Crew Attestation
  • airbus wide-body Experience

Responsibility


  • ensuring all documentation and decisions are fully compliant and meet all regulatory and internal standards
  • booking Travel and Accommodation
  • overseeing the catering team who are setting up/clearing meeting rooms ensuring that the cleaning teams have kept the space tidy at all times
  • keeping check on office supplies and ordering if necessary
  • overseeing the switchboard and being the firms ambassador for some incoming calls
  • you will oversee all aspects of cabin operations, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and promote a positive working environment
  • display a genuine passion to deliver the highest standards in service delivery and customer care, recognising our customers are key
  • work effectively as a supportive team member and demonstrate a flexible, positive approach to tasks
  • seek guidance and value feedback positively to improve both the team’s and individual performance
  • be willing and able to spend extended periods of time away from base, demonstrating both flexibility and reliability
  • recognise the importance of punctuality, both for our customers and the business and positively contribute to on-time performance

  • participate in pre-flight briefings
  • ensure operational safety, security and health and safety responsibilities are performed to the highest standards and are compliant with EASA/CAA and Aurigny Air Services requirements, and all relevant legislation
  • purpose: Cabin Crew members will report to the Aircrew Manager and will be responsible for all security and safety-related responsibilities on the aircraft
  • their duties include answering passengers' questions, enforcing safety measures before, during and after take-off and serving products and beverages during flights
