hr administrator
Responsibility
- producing and sending employee documents including employment contracts, personal correspondence and contractual documentation using an e-signature portal
- creating, maintaining and updating confidential HR records in accordance with procedures
- supporting employee relations processes – particularly absence and performance management – by arranging meetings, preparing documents, producing and distributing notes
- carrying out recruitment activities including advertising job vacancies, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, delivering outcomes and managing on-boarding
- supporting payroll administration - carrying out checks, ensuring accuracy of information and processing forms in the HR payroll system
- updating the HR Information System and related records with attendance and payroll details – e.g., for starters, leavers, absence, maternity leave and other contractual changes
- sourcing, analysing and presenting data from a range of source to produce reports on e.g., - absence, attrition, turnover, employee relations activities - to enable managers to make informed business decisions
- supporting People Team colleagues and site managers with engagement activities; organising and attending forums, managing the volunteering scheme, and supporting other on-site activities
