Responsibility


  • performs clerical/administrative or specialised support tasks in an office or field setting

  • project manage the sourcing, implementation, maintenance, and running of a new global payroll solution
  • respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • assist with general HR admin tasks and associated projects as required, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
  • responsible for managing all aspects of running payroll including, processing monthly payroll for all employees and liaising with payroll provider and finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • first point for contact for employee benefits programs such as healthcare, pension, and insurance plans. All associated admin and liaising with benefits provider and brokers
  • manage all aspects of HR admin and employee data management including employee leave and absence tracking, ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, leavers, and changes to employee status, in line with GDPR compliance
  • producing payroll reports and commentary for the Directors on a monthly basis
  • maintaining HMRC records and administering the NEST pension scheme across the business
  • processing the payroll journals within the accounting systems and conducting control account reconciliations both on a monthly basis
