- we are currently seeking a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Team Leader to join our client’s dynamic Talking Therapies team
- manage your caseload, supervise PWPs, and line manage trainees
- as a PWP Team Leader, you will manage your caseload, supervise PWPs, and provide leadership across low-intensity service delivery
- provide leadership across low-intensity service delivery
- mentor therapists, supporting their development and wellbeing
- work as part of a leadership team to deliver an ethical and innovative service
- this is a hybrid role, with a combination of service-based and home working
- support shop teams on customer service matters
Requirements
- experience as a qualified PWP with supervisory experience
- registration as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with BABCP
- ideally, experience in betting or gaming
- at least 2 years in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- outstanding written and telephone communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- team management and supervision experience
- 40 hours/week availability
