  • development/Implementation/Support of integrations for Oracle Fusion & EBus 12.2
  • designing, developing, enhancing and supporting bespoke solutions in Oracle Fusion that involve complex inbound and outbound interfaces, and modelling the standard modules for specific requirements and business model
  • maintaining existing ORACLE integration solutions involving Fusion, DBCS, BI & OIC by working in close collaboration with the Middleware team and other IT teams
  • have proven experience in a similar role within the pensions or professional services / financial sector

Responsibility


  • we are looking for a strong Oracle Techno-Functional consultant to provide Technical Support to the existing functions & also work on an important project which will include Data Migration and developing Integrations between Fusion HCM and EBus 12.2
  • manage overall pension payment procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of pension payments to all pensioner customers
  • ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
  • coordinate closely with the company's other functions to ensure streamlined operations and superior customer service
  • proactively manage team resources, assessing workloads and ensuring deadlines are met
  • oversee the daily operation and outputs of a talented team of payroll professionals based in Birmingham and Belfast ensuring accurate and timely execution of a high number of pensioner payrolls
  • manage the resolution of any payroll related discrepancies
  • maintain transparent communication and cultivate a positive and motivational atmosphere within the team
  • monitor and manage risks associated with pensioner payroll services, taking appropriate action where necessary
  • lead and develop the team in technical and people skills in support of Isio values and behaviours, providing leadership, direction, and coaching to to ensure they are able to perform their roles to high performance
