Absolute ripoff. Nearly £250 for a 2 minute job just to open the door using a piece of plastic.

I would rate this company lower. I am a landlord and got this builder to come out as an emergency. Came out and did the "work" with no communication to me or costs. Asked the tenant to pay and did not send me the invoice. Do not use, as I am still unaware of what he has actually don't.

Worked for them under one of their previous names (4 previous wound up businesses). Not paid. It seems their contract terms apply to you, not them. Dishonest and untrustworthy so would strongly advise against dealing with them.
