I have had a bad experience with the company, started back in Aug the 7th to be precise. I wanted a legionnaires test done what followed was 23 emails later I answered the questions they asked sent pictures of my tank and was told it was an indirect tank and I must have a header tank . We ripped out a cupboard thinking the header tank must be in there ,we are new to all this . Then a checked evert wording on the tank it said it was a direct tank. I sent loads of pictures, the woman who was emailing kept saying it was a indirect tank even though it wasn't. So no would not recommend bad experiences.
