Unreliable and untrustworthy. Poor workmanship. My small utility room extension and downstairs reconfiguration for a new kitchen/ diner should have taken 8-12 weeks. I'm 13 months in (started October 23) and it's still not finished and is unsafe. My back garden is full of building rubbish they have not removed.
