DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN. He will do nothing but mess you about. He will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. Then when you're there he will give you all the undesirable and slow work and then use that as an excuse to mess with your wages.
He will agree a rate then cut it a day before payday. (For hours you already worked) This has happened twice.
He will tell all sorts of lies to justify his actions.
Worked for 4 months before getting a payslip, after asking every week. I contacted HMRC and CIS about tax contributions (as he claimed to be doing my taxes). They informed me there are discrepancies in the numbers I provided and what's in their system.
Had nothing but problems with this man from day 1,
