- assist with smooth day to day running of IT in support of wider business across all offices
- mange and provide support for company mobile devices manage asset lists & order hardware
- respond to internal staff queries regarding IT issues and requests
- assist in managing the process of joiners and leavers ensuring that all joiners are fully up and running
- aid the wider IT team with on -going projects
- assist with the physical audit of IT hardware and maintenance of an asset database
- help Review Relevant IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are Updated regularly
Requirements
- IT hardware & Software experience
- mobile Experience in both Android & iOS
- outstanding oral and written communication skills
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- resilient and proactive
- the ability to demonstrate initiative to investigate and solve IT problems
- the ability to research and collate information as required to perform role
- IT Administration: 1 year
