Responsibility


  • plan effective maintenance for inspections, review frequency and parts used
  • highlight and improve the current maintenance schedules whilst ensuring safety is followed and legislation is abided by
  • repair and overhaul plant and continually monitor conditions and defects
  • complete requisitions for stores, parts and contract services
  • perform RCA for any breakdowns and process failures
  • assist with compliance maintenance to SOPs/risk assessments and carry out work in a standardised way
  • ensure the correct company software is used to report any plant action/non-conformances
  • manage a team to ensure that all parties follow the strict regulations and policies set out by the client
  • reactive Property Maintenance: Log, track, and oversee all maintenance issues from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution and invoice approval
  • compliance & Safety: Ensure all properties adhere to current health & safety regulations and maintain up-to-date records
  • utility & Supplier Management: Secure the most competitive tariffs for utility accounts and suppliers, optimising cost efficiency
  • property Inspections: Conduct regular site visits alongside Property Managers to identify and address any required works
  • contractor & Supplier Oversight: Vet, manage, and liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure top-tier workmanship, timely completion, and cost-effective solutions
  • process Improvement: Collaborate with the Property Director to refine and enhance operational procedures for maximum efficiency

  • what we’re looking for
  • hours: 36 per week
  • we’re looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to manage the operational regional surveying service, ensuring performance against budget, operational KPIs, priorities and compliance requirements are met, safeguarding our position in respect of legal disrepair and risk position
  • you’ll need a sound knowledge of construction contracts and experience of responsive repairs; voids works and cyclical repairs requirements
