Responsibility


  • measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • review the competitor landscape to find marketing opportunities and ensure we’re playing to our strengths
  • work with our SEO agency to oversee and plan organic content across our website
  • work alongside our internal creative team to deploy successful email marketing campaigns and automation strategies
  • help create and manage the content program and strategy for organic social media
  • monitor web analytics and performance and provide recommendations for change and improvement
  • manage the day-to-day relationship of our digital performance partner , working together to ensure that we are meeting our commercial goals. This includes managing campaign budgets, targets, and constantly driving ROI
  • working with their legacy BAU estates. Aiding in triage and bugfixes
  • working closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists
  • supporting and building out core commercial projects of the business
  • monitoring internal infrastructure and bringing it all into a centralised place
  • building out attribution plans for the business
  • running queries on SQL and building out a report
  • developing and monitoring campaigns including marketing automation, email, ABM, search and programmatic
  • liaising with the web agency to maintain and update website content and materials across the website
  • managing relationships with 3rd party media providers and content distributors across core regions to deliver advertising and content campaigns
  • working with agencies to implement PPC and SEO for the business and its products/ strategies
  • working with agencies and clients to oversee production, translation and distribution of documentation and content
  • working with agencies and clients to produce advertising copy and creative
  • managing service provider relationships
