Requirements


  • professional experience in marketing, program/product management or marketing research
  • experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • passion for digital entertainment and interest in the TV/Film industry
  • experience in facilitating alignment within the organization, driving different teams to a common objective
  • A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
  • experience in multi-territory campaign, program and stakeholder management
  • basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice

Responsibility


  • ownership of the FP&A processes across the Group
  • provision of Management accounts to each agency and legal entity on a timely basis
  • ownership and management of the annual budgeting process at business unit, entity and group level including periodic updates as required
  • ownership and management of the regular forecast at business unit, entity and group level
  • KPI reporting and the development of appropriate KPIs in conjunction with other key stakeholders suitable to drive the business
  • ensure a robust reporting process exists for profitability reporting by entity, client and business unit
  • standardise reporting across the entire group and optimising process flows to develop a best in class reporting system
  • cost reporting for all entities and business units on all cost elements within the business
  • capex analysis and decision support
  • customer pricing and quotation support and pricing policy setting
  • my client is a scale-up beauty brand who are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager on an initial 3 month on a Part time basis
  • land global comms strategy in line with key market goals
  • establish the Community with regional teams
  • support all priority events/activations of global brands across multiple markets by designing strategy and implementing media
  • support team with communications thought leadership to unlock incremental growth
  • provide daily media expertise as the primary Media Business Partner to Global Brand teams on evolving communication channel plans for global brands
  • constantly driving compliance of Media Golden Rules in key markets and cells to ensure growth
  • craft Brand Engagement Architectures for global brands, including comms portfolio planning, budgeting recommendations, as well as audience insight, innovation, performance media, search
  • collaborate with CMI on streamlining efforts for more effective and efficient deployment of BMI
  • design and deliver capability and upskilling sessions for the team
