  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of international lead generation in European markets
  • professional experience in marketing, program/product management or marketing research
  • experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • self-starter who is a customer obsessed, detail oriented and data driven
  • experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • passion for digital entertainment and interest in the TV/Film industry
  • experience in facilitating alignment within the organization, driving different teams to a common objective
  • A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
  • experience in multi-territory campaign, program and stakeholder management
  • basic knowledge of SQL is a plus

Responsibility


  • lead the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • strategically drive international lead generation efforts with a primary focus on the UK markets, ensuring measurable growth and ROI
  • demonstrate strategic growth with a proven track record, showcasing percentage increases and growth achievements across campaigns
  • manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, setting goals, tracking performance, and promoting a collaborative environment
  • conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, refine target audiences, and shape impactful digital campaigns
  • collaborate closely with content creators to align brand messaging with marketing initiatives and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
  • oversee the planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads , social media , and email marketing platforms to achieve performance objectives
  • provide ongoing digital marketing consultancy, staying updated on industry trends, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports for senior management to support decision-making
  • ownership of the FP&A processes across the Group
  • provision of Management accounts to each agency and legal entity on a timely basis
  • ownership and management of the annual budgeting process at business unit, entity and group level including periodic updates as required
  • ownership and management of the regular forecast at business unit, entity and group level
  • KPI reporting and the development of appropriate KPIs in conjunction with other key stakeholders suitable to drive the business
  • ensure a robust reporting process exists for profitability reporting by entity, client and business unit
  • standardise reporting across the entire group and optimising process flows to develop a best in class reporting system
  • cost reporting for all entities and business units on all cost elements within the business
