Responsibility

provide technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues remotely and on-site
ensure that logged jobs are reviewed and escalated to provide the highest level of service
follow change management processes and adhere to Service Level Agreements
manage and resolve issues related to Windows 10 Administration and Support and Office 365 Administration and Support
work with ticketing systems to document and track issues and resolutions
maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
provide floorwalking support to ensure that customers receive prompt and efficient technical support
troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to O365, VMware, Hyper V, Watchguard, Microsoft Server OS, TCP/IP Networking, N-able RMM, Backup Solutions, and Active Directory
