  • provide high-level support on trading platforms built in both Windows and Linux environments
  • second line support experience for SaaS applications, including system configuration decisions
  • experience of data structures/flows, and using APIs
  • experience of supporting LearnUpon, or a similar SaaS service, ideally in the HR sector
  • application development skills are essential to this role

Responsibility


  • provide technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues remotely and on-site
  • ensure that logged jobs are reviewed and escalated to provide the highest level of service
  • follow change management processes and adhere to Service Level Agreements
  • manage and resolve issues related to Windows 10 Administration and Support and Office 365 Administration and Support
  • work with ticketing systems to document and track issues and resolutions
  • maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
  • provide floorwalking support to ensure that customers receive prompt and efficient technical support
  • troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to O365, VMware, Hyper V, Watchguard, Microsoft Server OS, TCP/IP Networking, N-able RMM, Backup Solutions, and Active Directory

  • must have a strong level of experience supporting different Tibco and ESB estates, including the TIBCO Integration product suite, such as ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, Enterprise Message Service, API Exchange Gateway, ActiveSpaces Enterprise Edition, ActiveMatrix Policy Director and ActiveMatrix Lifecycle Governance
  • championing the systems across the organisations including helping the users use the systems correctly
  • documenting any resolutions with the user as well as training them to reduce issues

  • become an expert on related data structures and data flows and must have the skills to triage the API and SSO integrations and work with our in-house integration/SSO teams and vendor on any changes needed
  • be a Service Operations Manager for one or more HR SaaS services, leading on technical roadmap and vendor/business relationship management and will assist on agreeing service wrap
