  • the contract is paying around £750 per day
  • the model candidate will be a seasoned contractor with multiple project experience as a Solution Designer
  • champion best practice and share knowledge and expertise across the team
  • candidates must hold active DV clearance, also have a depth of public sector experience working to Government Digital Service standards
  • use experience in digital thinking, cultural awareness, service design and delivery practices to further develop the service and realise the end clients vision
  • provide a user centred survey collection service for the client, which is simple, responsive and flexible, supporting the production of quality statistical outputs and improving government decision making for the public good
  • adopt a portfolio view, managing end-to-end services that include multiple products and channels, and influence policy and delivery teams to ensure they’re considering the needs of users in all aspects of their work
  • A long term contract opportunity for an experienced DV cleared Service Designer to lead the overall development of a portfolio of digital services in the Defence Sector
  • working with data and qualitative insight, through collaboration with frontline staff, managers and the public, to design solutions and strategic propositions
  • understanding and articulating clearly how services need to change from a user centred, system, and business perspective
  • direct the work of UX team members and ensure high quality delivery
