Responsibility


  • quality Inspections and Audits: Conducting regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews of construction activities, processes, and deliverables to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements
  • continuous Improvement: Monitoring quality performance metrics, analyzing data trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements across projects
  • quality Control: Overseeing the execution of quality control processes throughout the construction project lifecycle, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications
  • risk Management: Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as conducting risk assessments, implementing preventive measures, and addressing issues promptly
  • non-Conformance Management: Investigating non-conformities, defects, and quality issues, and leading efforts to implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence
  • work with senior managers within the Service to identify necessary ICT functions
  • act as liaison and coordinator with ICT and the Strategy & Performance team to ensure that functional needs are met
  • take responsibility for maintaining an awareness of the state of data collection and provision streams from other agencies and organisations
  • contribute innovative solutions to the wide range of new issues this work will elicit
  • to consult on complex reporting requirements attending meetings and aiding in the development of reporting specifications
  • to manage reporting schedules and ensure reports produced as required
  • to be responsible for commissioning processes where related to this post's responsibilities
  • work with the IEYS, schools, PV settings, LA day nurseries and external agencies, to ensure the accuracy of matched records, and reduce data errors and inconsistencies
  • to contribute to the overall delivery of the IEYS service plan and play an active role in the preparation of this service plan
  • contract - 4-6 months with a view to extend to an ongoing contract
  • full Time Hours - 35 Hours per week
  • location - SE6
  • rate of Pay - £300 - 400 per day – Negotiable depending on experience
