Responsibility

quality Inspections and Audits: Conducting regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews of construction activities, processes, and deliverables to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements
continuous Improvement: Monitoring quality performance metrics, analyzing data trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements across projects
quality Control: Overseeing the execution of quality control processes throughout the construction project lifecycle, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications
risk Management: Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as conducting risk assessments, implementing preventive measures, and addressing issues promptly
non-Conformance Management: Investigating non-conformities, defects, and quality issues, and leading efforts to implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence
work with senior managers within the Service to identify necessary ICT functions
act as liaison and coordinator with ICT and the Strategy & Performance team to ensure that functional needs are met
take responsibility for maintaining an awareness of the state of data collection and provision streams from other agencies and organisations
contribute innovative solutions to the wide range of new issues this work will elicit
to consult on complex reporting requirements attending meetings and aiding in the development of reporting specifications
to manage reporting schedules and ensure reports produced as required
to be responsible for commissioning processes where related to this post's responsibilities
work with the IEYS, schools, PV settings, LA day nurseries and external agencies, to ensure the accuracy of matched records, and reduce data errors and inconsistencies
to contribute to the overall delivery of the IEYS service plan and play an active role in the preparation of this service plan
contract - 4-6 months with a view to extend to an ongoing contract
full Time Hours - 35 Hours per week
location - SE6
rate of Pay - £300 - 400 per day – Negotiable depending on experience
