experience in leading a multi-disciplinary Product Team to deliver a technical critical service and bring about targeted change across the organisation
experience in leading and managing live service and delivering transformation by inspiring a team, managing suppliers and recruiting
experience in managing directly the budget across the financial year and input to plans for subsequent years
experience working at a senior level within a large technology or Digital area
experience in presentations alond with architects, engineers, and service teams
proven experience in management and leadership in an Agile and fluid environment
product Management/Ownership experience with the ability to set out and communicate short/medium/long term plans, roadmaps, and strategic intent
good understanding of risk management
good Technical understanding of Identity space
degree level educated, ideally in Life Science or Biomedical Science. Would consider Business Management degree or similar
work experience within the diagnostics testing market, business management or Marketing, although not essential, would be advantageous
troubleshooting / problem solving
proven experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce, preferably with previous eBay, Amazon, or similar platform experience
experience working with global teams
strong communication and leadership skills

as Product Manager you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a digital product
deep understanding of users/customers to identify personas, assessment of their needs and pain points

own the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps
own the creation and ongoing maintenance of product scorecard, regularly sharing the updated scorecard with key stakeholders
