experience working with other product, tech and business leaders and able to influence roadmaps and strategy
bachelor’s Degree in interactive design or visual arts
A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
strong understanding of front-end interactive design solutions for back-end data systems
working knowledge of capabilities of different platforms and browsers, and their design constraints on the Web
A portfolio that represents a range of design styles as well as a clear personal aesthetic

6+ years of experience in a creative role while being proficient in Figma

Responsibility

be an authority in one or more design fields, provide direction and support for your own team and the wider design team
provide specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve sophisticated issues
owning the full design process, including user research, UX design, and visual design
applying design thinking methodologies and lead others in the team to use them
working directly with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineer to improve user experience
