  • bachelor’s Degree in interactive design or visual arts
  • A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
  • strong understanding of front-end interactive design solutions for back-end data systems
  • working knowledge of capabilities of different platforms and browsers, and their design constraints on the Web
  • A portfolio that represents a range of design styles as well as a clear personal aesthetic

Responsibility


  • be an authority in one or more design fields, provide direction and support for your own team and the wider design team
  • provide specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve sophisticated issues
  • owning the full design process, including user research, UX design, and visual design
  • applying design thinking methodologies and lead others in the team to use them
  • working directly with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineer to improve user experience
  • being part of a high-performing and inclusive team that values autonomy

  • create new and innovative design solutions that address the very particular needs of our users
  • refine and improve existing designs
  • follow the use of and contribute to our Design System
