Requirements

IT Literate
ability to work well under pressure and take direction
ability to work in a team and under own initiative
experience of night work/early morning
previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets

ability to work well in a team
previous experience of picking operations is desirable however, not essential as full training will be given

Responsibility

pack items into designated containers according to company standards and specifications
inspect items for any defects or damages before packing
maintain a clean and organized work area
follow all safety protocols and guidelines
you should be able to show a track record of picking and packing customers orders
to be able to pick a customers order accurately and confidently using a picking device at good speed
duties include picking and packing online customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
have good prioritisation skills, be able to work on your own initiative or as a team member
you must have the ability to multi-task and maintain professional standards at all times
have excellent communication with fellow members of staff, Seniors and Managers
maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality
to be able to pick a customers order accurately and confidently using a picking device at good speed. Ensure you pick only good, clean stock for customers orders
